Spring 2010 Ordering Guidelines

The following are a set of guidelines to assist you when you are placing orders. This will help us to expedite your orders in a timely, efficient manner.

Order Minimums

1) We ask that each order that you place is the equivalent of 4 full carts of product. Product can be mixed on carts, but it must total 4 full carts. If your order falls short of filling 4 full carts we will complete the order with similar product.

2) Please place order in multiples of 4 per color of variety. This allows our order selectors to expedite your order in a timely fashion.

Placing Orders

        1) Please be very thorough when placing your orders. You have until 7:00 am the day prior to your requested ship date to make additions. We will not guarantee in any way additions that are placed later.

        2) Please do your best to anticipate the weather. Spring is very short and we only get one chance to maximize profits, so order accordingly.

        3) We ask that you allow a minimum of 48 hours for delivery once your order is placed.

        4) Upon request, you will receive our weekly availability by fax or e-mail on Sunday for the week ahead. It's always best to get your orders to us as soon as possible as our availability is on a first come, first serve basis. As the week progresses items may no longer be available.

Deliveries

       1) All products will be delivered on rolling racks.

       2) Please make arrangements to unload the shipping racks at the time of delivery.

       3) Delivery charges are as follows:

               ► Connecticut customers: $ 25.00 up to $ 2500.00, 1% of total invoice after $2500.00
                  ► All other customers: $ 50.00 up to $ 2500.00, 2% of invoice after $2500.00

Orders to be picked up

       1) Please adhere to the same minimums as for delivered orders

       2) Hours for pick up are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

       3) Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for pick up once your order is placed.

     1) Hartford and Points North

           ►Follow I84 West to Route 691 East. Exit 3 to Route 10 South to the Center of Cheshire. Follow Route 68/70 Toward    Wallingford (Academy Rd), Go straight through the First Traffic Light and Michael's is 1/2 Mile on the Right.

           ►Follow I91 South to Route 691 West. Exit 3 to Route 10 South to the Center of Cheshire. Follow Route 68/70 Toward Wallingford (Academy Rd), Go straight through the First Traffic Light and Michael's is 1/2 Mile on the Right.

2) New Haven and Points South

►Follow Route 10 North to the Center of Cheshire. Follow Route 68/70 Toward Wallingford (Academy Rd), Go straight through the First Traffic Light and Michael's is 1/2 Mile on the Right.

►Follow I91 North to Route 68 Exit. Follow Route 68 Through Wallingford to the Junction of Routes 68/70 Turn Right at the Light and Michael's is 1/2 Mile on the Right.

3) Middletown and Points East

►Take Route 691 West to Exit 3. Follow Route 10 South to the Center of Cheshire. Follow Route 68/70 Toward Wallingford (Academy Rd), Go straight through the First Traffic Light and Michael's is 1/2 Mile on the Right.

►Follow I91 South to Route 68 Exit. Follow Route 68 Through Wallingford to the Junction of Routes 68/70 Turn Right at the Light and Michael's is 1/2 Mile on the Right.
